With the creation of Thrivent Financial from AAL and LB a new "branch" structure is now coming into being. Since the Leadership Board members will most likely reside in more than one location, a means for staying in touch beyond face to face meetings becomes an issue. Particularly in the rural West where the concentration of Lutherans is extremely light, Board members might reside an hour or more away from each other. Hence this Web site for the Butte/Glenn Chapter will play a key role in helping Board and Chapter members stay in touch with one another in between those times when face to face gatherings take place. The enhanced communications link reachable by clicking on "The communications link associated with this site" below augments the features available on this site. Specifically it provides for archiving of posts sent between members of the chapter as well as auxilary chat and file archive services. Members of the Leadership Board hope you will make full use of this site as we move toward the exciting future God will enable us to share with each other.
