A Writ of Habeas Corpus with State errors caused a second Trial ... by Errors. This demanded a response by way of this site.  It involves seeking Victimhood support while listing Janet Bailey McQuaid traits including Author, Investigator, Mother and Singer.

Selected reader comments on her  book, Security Breach: The Murder Of Tod McQuaid, are shared in this site. Those are only a few of the many written that commend Jan while recognizing these readers' emotional involvement and their desire to keep reading her book to its end.

Jan's finding about the recent reduced sentence, given in error to the murderer of Tod McQuaid,  dug the family's Victimhood even deeper. Details are shared in hopes that readers will activate their government to inhibit State empowered Victimhood (on top of the criminals' Victimhood).

Victimhood support in the legislature generally started about 30 years ago. Much can yet be done. In the case presented herein, even Victims' Rights statutes were ignored by the operations judicial group - the Greenbrier County West Virginia Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
