Moriah: One Big One Year Old Girl

The blowing out of the birthday candles.

Moriah with all her tiny friends for her birthday.
We had a fun birthday time- first, Oma and Opa were in for the week, and then we had a big party with all of Moriah's small friends. On the big day we went over to our local zoo to growl at the tigers and bears.

Moriah with grandparents- on a tiger? Don't worry, it's just a statue...

Moriah, loving to see the animals.
One Month Away

Moriah, Cameron, and Jena in a Wagon!
So Moriah just turned 11 months, and one year is just around the corner. Everyone always says it, but I will say it again- it has gone so fast! She has quite a little personality and not all of it sunshine and light- there is a definite stubborn streak, and she is starting to assert herself (mostly by grabbing a friend's toys). But our favorite times are when "Moriah attacks!" by climbing on top of us, or when we bounce her on the bed, or really any goofy moment. Then she laughs, and laughs, and that's the best!
Up in a Swing
We walk down to the park, and after watching other kids play and crawling on the grass, swinging is the most fun! Aunt Claudia came with us on this sunny day, and a good time was had by all.

Moriah-- Up, up and away!
Nothing New, Just a Sweet Girl

Goofy picture with Dad!!
This update is to include our online album link. To see more pictures of the daughter we love so much, as well as many other random pictures of the Bolin family doing this or that, simply click on the weblink below and you will be sent to our Picasa Web Album. Ta-da! And while we're at it, we're still enjoying the tiny teeth which are still hard to see (but they're there!) in this goofy picture with dad.

Off To See the World
December 28
To Oma and Opa's for Christmas, then to Iowa and Uncle Luther and Aunt Karlyn's wedding. Moriah was half golden child, half weary traveler, but celebrated and partied with the best of them.
