WELCOME. . . to the North Blair County Chapter website of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. The chapter serves 12 churches in Altoona, Bellwood, Glasgow and Tyrone. We have 849 Thrivent members comprising 525 households as of December 23, 2010. OUR MISSION: "To serve our communities through the use of our time, talents, and money". Our Chapter meetings are open to all Thrivent members. The meetings are conducted on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:30 P.M rotating among the churches.
