September is going to be a busy month!
September 14th is the Annual Golf Tournament put on by the Lutheran High School. Held at Cherry Island Golf Course in Elverta, this promises to be a fun event. Proceeds support the LHS' tuition assistance program. Call Irene Powers at 916-691-2277 for registration information. Cost is $110/pp or $440/foursome. Hole-in-One prize, raffle, fun and fellowship.

September 15th is the Annual Picnic. South Sacramento is hosting the 5th Annual Picnic to be held in Rancho Cordova. Like last year, the picnic is at Hagan Park on Chase Dr. The fun starts at 10am and runs until 3pm with lots of good food, door prizes and fun galore. Contact Cheri McCormick at 916-768-7019 or at CHERIE_MCCORMICK@SUREWEST.NET for ticket info. Watch for the postcard and newsletter with more information.

The picnic takes place at Hagan Community Park, 2167 Chase Dr., Rancho Cordova from 10am to 3pm.
