Arkansas-Oklahoma Synod Assembly April 20-22, 2006 Business meetings, meals, displays and bookstore will be held at the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills Hotel, 1902 E 71st St South, Tulsa OK 74136. Sleeping rooms available at the hotel by calling 918-493-7000. The block of rooms will be held until March 30, 2006. Assembly opening Worship Service will be held at Fellowship Lutheran Church, 6727 S Sheridan Rd., Tulsa, OK on Thursday, April 20 at 7 PM. Deadline for submitting Nominations and Resolutions is 10:45 AM Friday, April 21, 2006. Organizations needing floor space need to call: Elizabeth Simons, Event Manager Partner, at the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills 918-523-3561. She will need to know the number of tables needed, electrical outlets, whether you need table drape, etc. The hotel requires that I include this information: “The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.” Due to the layout of the Hotel, storage space is not available for display materials and/or show merchandise.
