Release of the ascension balloons
Ascension Day Balloon Release May 25, 2006 - Every year for the Ascension Day service our congregation holds a balloon release. Ascension Day, celebrated on the fortieth day after Easter, commemorates the Ascension of Christ into heaven.
Breakfast Fellowship - July 9, 2006 The 2nd Sunday of each month this summer, we held fellowship after the church services. The fellowship offering was used to help pay for the new handicapped access improvements. Funds were supplemented by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
