The Rev. Barry Neese, Campus Pastor
Pr. Barry, a native Minnesotan/North Dakotan, has served congregations in North Dakota and Wyoming, and developed a church in Utah, arrived in the “Bluegrass” in October 2001. The Indiana-Kentucky Synod of the ELCA called Pr. Barry to develop a Lutheran Campus Ministry at the University of Kentucky. As this ministry unfolded, so did the partnership with the Episcopal Diocese of Kentucky, thus becoming a Lutheran-Episcopal Campus Ministry in the Fall of 2002.

Pr. Barry invites and welcomes students to LECM and hopes that they find a ‘home away from home’, a home where God in Jesus welcomes all people!
