Pastor Pam Smith
In 2008, Paster Pam began serving the family of faith at Grace, her first call following graduation from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in Columbia, SC. After many years serving as a social worker, an attorney, and more recently as a project manager, God's call to ordained ministry was clear. She is passionate about worship and Bible study and loves helping people grow into the roles of Christian leadership and service to which God has called them. Pr. Pam and her husband, Earl, have lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1983. They have three sons, three terrific daughters-in-law, two loving grand-dogs and one simply stellar granddaughter.
Office Manager
Ingrid, a Michigan native, joined the staff at Grace Lutheran Church in the fall of 2009. Earlier that year she retired from the Circulation Department at Largo Public Library. Her three sons and their families live in Michigan and all enjoy visiting back and forth.
She enjoys working in her flower grden and loves getting lost in a good book. Time spent with frends is high on her list of favorites, and travel is a close second.
Music Director
Barbara Woellner
Barbara has spent her entire life in Florida. After growing up in St. Petersburg, she attended Florida State University and received a Bachelor of Music Education degree. In 1994 Barbara earned her Masters of Music Degree in choral conducting from the University of South Florida. Barbara has taught every level of public school music, from kindergarten to college. The year 2011 marks her 35th year as an educator. Barbara is currently the music teacher at Leila G. Davis Elementary in Clearwater. Her professional career also includes 15 years as the Assistant Director of the Tampa Bay Children’s Chorus and 10 years as a member of the Master Chorale of Tampa Bay. In the last 30 years, Barbara has served several churches in the Clearwater area. She joined the staff at Grace in 2004. She is the first to admit that working with the congregation at Grace has been her most rewarding church music experience. Barbara says, “Grace is filled with people who work hard and give their talents to God and His church. It is a privilege to be their music director”.
Barbara has two grown daughters, Amanda and Katie who live out of the area. She was married for 27 years to David, who passed away in 2003. After spending almost 30 years in Dunedin, she is now happily living amongst the sun and sand of Clearwater Beach.
Organist
Barbara (Alpers) Haseley was born in Massillon, Ohio, and attended schools there and in Buffalo, New York. She started piano lessons at age 7 and studied organ in high school and at the Capital University Music Conservatory in Columbus, Ohio. She has served as organist and music director at churches in Hialeah, Florida, Valley Stream, Long Island, and since 1987 at Grace Lutheran Church, Clearwater. She retired as music director in 1999; returning as organist in 2004. She is a member and past officer of the Clearwater Chapter of the American Guild of Organists.
She is married to retired Lutheran Pastor Louis Haseley, and has three children and six grandchildren.

Nova was born in Missouri and has lived in Pinellas County most of his life. He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for 9 years. He earned a BS degree in Chemistry, MA in Naval Intelligence, and an MBA. Nova has worked as a program planner, business analyst, and a junior college instructor teaching various Microsoft and computer courses.
Nova and his wife Lorraine have been married for over 40 years. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. Retired now, Novia's primary focus is the yard that surrounds his and his wife's home. He designed and maintains a lush tropical garden atmosphere which brings them both many hours of enjoyment.
