The mysterious rainbow

Rainbow in our front yard
John Keats focused on beauty. Sir Isaac Newton focused on science. At dinner one evening, long ago, Newton scientifically explained the rainbow to Keats and Keats then went on to write "Lamia". His fear was that science would destroy beauty. In these days I find that more complete understandings of people things and places often create beauty.

We're having a ward July
It's time to feed the birds, squirrels, rabbits, deer, and an occasional turkey. Sometimes the neighbors and school kids on their way to important stuff.
