2008 SUMMER Schedule
Sunday at 9:00am Traditional Service (starting May 25th)
Saturday at 5:30 Celebration(Contemporary)Services(starting June 7th)
There will be a Fellowship Time after the Sunday Service only at 10:15.
During the Summer there is No Sunday School.

Fall through Spring Schedule
Traditional Service at 8:30
Fellowship Time at 9:45
Sunday School at 9:30
Celebration Service (Contemporary) at 10:45

VBS is right around the corner and we wanted to you to mark your calendars before they get filled up with other Summer events! The dates are June 16th through June 20th. In contrast to prior years, we will be meeting in the mornings versus the evenings. Also, we will be partnering up with several other downtown churches for a shared VBS this year. This means each church will host one portion of the program (opening/closing at one church, snack at a different church,
craft/activity at different church, lesson at different church). The details have not been completely worked out yet, but we promise it will be a great adventure and experience for children and adults alike! Look for more specific information, as well as registration forms to be coming in mid to late May!

The Youth are having a Pop Can Drive. The sign up sheet is on the table in the narthex in the church or call the Church office at 792-3934. Our first pick-up is April 27th. Any questions? The Youth are also having “Spring Clean-up” days, April 5th and April 12th and on April 19th, the youth will pick up any junk that you want taken to the dump. There are sign-up sheets is in the narthex on the table or contact the Church Office at 792-3934 concerning which date you would like help with. All monies raised from the “Spring Clean-up” days and the Pop Can drive is being matched by Thrivent and will go towards the 2009 ELCA National Youth Gathering in New Orleans.
