In order to train our youth to become active and faithful members in the church and to offer an academic foundation that will serve them in their future lives, Zion Lutheran School has adopted the following objectives:1. To provide the knowledge of Biblical truths through Bible History and Catechism instruction;
2. To stress the importance of ongoing spiritual growth, regular worship attendance, and family devotional life;
3. To provide an understanding of evangelism, stewardship, living one’s faith, and the role of Christian youth in Kingdom Work;
4. To provide a curriculum that offers developmentally appropriate instruction and the best transition to the next level of instruction;
5. To maintain a professional teaching staff to carry out these goals;
6. To provide the physical space to implement any adjustments and/or additions as needed;
7. To use God’s tools of Law and Gospel to develop Christian character traits in all students;
8. To strive for open communication among parents, students, teachers, and school board members.
