The Support Board oversees the work of the Church under the function of Support, contact each coordinator monthly, and reports to Council each month. Key functions under Support include:Financial Secretary - Report personal giving records to members quarterly and provides an annual statement of giving. Arranges for the purchase and mailing of envelopes for regular and special giving. Presents a bi-monthly report of pledging records to the Pastor and Council.
Fair Project and Spaghetti Dinner Coordinator - Responsible for overseeing these activities
Stewardship Coordinator - Implement all aspects of annual stewardship programs, to be conducted in October for November pledging.
Finance Coordinator - With the Treasurer, prepares and presents to the Council monthly and year-to-date financial statements.
Counters Coordinator - Responsible for selecting counters, with approval of Council, providing training, and informing counters of any procedural changes.
Property Maintenance Coordinator - Enlists workers to repair and maintain property, plan and organize two yearly work parties.
Gifts and Memorials Coordinator - Responsible for overseeing contributions and expenditures of the memorial fund, keeping records, and accomplishing tasks consistent with the Memorial Committee guidelines.
Facilities Coordinator - Provides a uniform system of management of the entire church facility, provides an inventory of all church tangible property and materials.
