Upon whole team’s arrival: Two hour drive in van to Santa Ana (may stop for a snack) and check into Hotel Sahara
6:00-8:00pm Orientation by Habitat El Salvador staff and dinner from Pollo Campero at Santa Ana regional Habitat office
8:00-8:30pm Thrivent Builds team meeting (Hotel Sahara)—Erin will lead prayer, using daily theme of “bienvenidos!" (welcome!)
Saturday, July 25
7:00am Breakfast at Hotel Sahara
8:00am Leave for the job site
8:30-9:30am Devotion and construction orientation by Habitat for Humanity El Salvador
9:30-10:30am Construction with local Salvadoran volunteers

9:00-12:30 Worship with local Lutheran congregation. If worshipping in San Salvador, after the service the team will meet with bishop or a representative.
12:30-1:00pm Drive in van to Lake Coatepeque
1:00-3:30pm El Salvador welcome activity, including lunch with Habitat for Humanity staff and partner families and a boat ride on Lake Coatepeque (Optional: bring a towel and bathing suit)
3:30-4:00pm Drive in van back to Hotel Sahara
4:00-6:30pm Free time
6:30-7:30pm Dinner at Hotel Sahara
