It is our great pleasure to inform you on the decision of the ELCT – Ulanga Kilombero Dioceses Executive Council on the subject above. The Executive Council of Ulanga Kilombero Diocese appointed Mr. Philorian Mpendaye to be the New Acting Secretary General currently from 01/07/2008.
