Regardless of whether or not we have snow, you will want to be prepared with a winter coat, hat, scarf, gloves/mittens, expecially for the all-day trip to Philadelphia. Philadelphia is a harbor city and is often times quite cold when there is a wind blowing off of the Delaware River.
