The Lutheran Hour radio broadcast is now heard weekly on nearly 1400 radio stations in the United States. It is also broadcast through the Internet and via American Forces Radio. It is the oldest continuously running Christian radio program, having originated in 1930.

Lutheran Hour Ministries currently sponsors a variety of programs and ministries in the U.S. including the LHM Men's Network, Equipping to Share, Parenting Workshops, Project Connect, and the JC PlayZone.
