The Stewardship Committee is growing into our new constitution regarding the collecting, recording, and depositing of tithes and donations. Dave Simington and Linda Susie had been used as steward collectors for donations directed to specific areas of interest. Now that there is a full Stewardship Team all tithing and donations should be placed in the worship offering plate. Sunday worship tithing is essential for Faith Lutheran's general fund to take care of regular monthly expenditures. If you are led to donate additional funds to a special project please give a separate check with your project specified in the memo portion of your check. Please refer to Stewardship announcements as they are working with the entire council to prioritize projects at Faith Lutheran. Linda and Dave have agreed to stay on the Stewardship team solely to receive anonymous donations. Keep in mind ALL donations continue their confidentiality, a standard the Stewardship Committee has followed from our first worship. Please refer to the Sunday bulletin insert for additional details involving these procedure improvements.

Your Assistance is Appreciated... Please put song books in the chair racks and pick up bulletins, cups and napkins from the floor. This helps keep our church home welcoming as well as making it easier for our volunteer cleaners.

Nursery Available during church and Sunday School... The nursery is now located in the corner behind the bathrooms and next to the kitchen. The nursery is open during both the church service and also Sunday school. Childcare will be provided in the nursery during the Sunday school hour.

Nursery Childcare workers needed... If you would like to interact with young members of Faith, please seek out Rachel Simington and volunteer to help out in the nursery during the Sunday school hour. 262-4776.

Food Pantry... The Stewardship is establishing a Food Pantry at Faith Lutheran. Please bring staple food items and place them in the box marked for this project. Any questions contact a member of the stewardship team.

Visitors... We regularly have visitors that may be family members, friends or guests. Won't you make a special effort to meet and greet our visitors? Look for folks you don't know or those wearing temporary name tags. Introduce yourself and extend a gracious Faith Lutheran welcome. Let's be a friendly, welcoming church.

Parking... Please leave the parking area next to the building open for those who have difficulty getting around.

Giving to Faith with Faith... When donating to the building, chairs or kitchen fund it is truly appreciated if those dollars could be a separate check. You can give these to Linda Susie or David Simington. If necessary, both checks can go in your offering envelope and the stewardship committee will get the check for building, chairs or kitchen to Linda of David. Thank you so much for your continued support as well as your assistance with this matter. It truly makes the accounting process go smoother.

Name Tags... Please wear your name tags to church. It's helpful for our congregation to get to know one another by name. If you need a name tag or have lost yours be sure to add your name to the "Name Tag" sign up sheet in the back area of the church.
