2007 - Miriam Bailey |

|
Miriam Bailey is a retired elementary school teacher. She is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Franklin, OH where she teaches Sunday School and serves on Church Council. She is also actived in community aid projects for the needy. Mimi is also a Certified Lay Worship Leader in the Southeran Ohio Synod of the ELCA. She was elected to the Leadership Board and as the Congregational Service Team Director serving four terms from 2004 through 2007. | |

Harry Biles – Pastor of Resurrection Lutheran Church, Lebanon, OH, served as the Chapter’s first President, serving for four terms. (2003 – 2006). Pastor Biles guided the Chapter from its' inception through the first four years of learning and growth. |

Will Lapp – A member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Franklin, OH, served as the Chapter’s first Financial Director, serving for four terms. (2003 – 2006). |

| 2006 - Sandra Weilnau |
Sandra Weilnau – A member of Resurrection Lutheran Church, Lebanon, OH, served as the Chapter’s first Vice President, serving for four terms. (2003 – 2006). Her continuing support and assistance helped the Chapter grow during its' early years. Sandy is an Algerba teacher with the Springboro City Schools. |

| 2004 - Doral Drew |
Doral Drew – A resident of Springboro, OH and a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Centerville, OH formed a service team to help a Franklin, OH family that needed a new roof on their home. Doral felt moved by the pressing financial need of the family that had been stressed financially by medical and other bills resulting from a child being severely injured as a teenager when her car was hit by a motorist in 2003. Doral and his service team replaced the roof and modified the bath for wheel chair accessibility. The Warren Co. OH Chapter provided a $1,600 match for this hand-on-project. Doral was also active in many Habitat for Humanity projects. Doral is a excellent example of a caring and giving person. 2004 - John Jones |

John Jones - A member of Epiphany Lutheran Church, Centerville, OH and a Financial Associate for Thrivent Financial for Lutherans served two terms (2003 - 2004) as an appointed advisor to the Chapter Leadership Board. John provided much needed direction during the Chapter's first two years. | |

2004 - Charles Wiedenhelft |

Charles Wiedenhelft – A member of Springboro Lutheran Church, Springboro, OH, served as the Chapter’s first Records Director. Chuck served two terms (2003 – 2004). He was active in Habitat for Humanity and formed service teams to obtain matching funding for Habitat for Humanity. |

2003 - Dorothy Libecap |

Dorothy Libecap – A member of Springboro Lutheran Church, Springboro, OH, served as the Chapter’s first Congregational Service Team Director. She served one term (2003). Dorothy's short tenior was instrumental in getting the Chapter Leadership board up to speed during its' first year. | |
