This website is an attempt to create a internet presence that the entire Balvanz family and their friends may use to keep in contact. We hope you will come here often and partcipate when possible.

One of the strong bonds among the Balvanz family is its commitment to our faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We hope that this faith will be apparent by the items you view, read and submit to this site.

However, since many of our family have a rural or farming background, you may expect to see much that has to do with agriculture and rural life. (And since a number of us are western TV and movie fans, there could also be a strong cowboy bias as well!)

All are welcome. Feel free to use the message board and email to contact the administrator. By the way, the administrator of this site has no previous experience, so please be patient.

While this is site is created through Lutherans Online, you need not be Lutheran to participate!!

Mary's Birthday Party
Celebrating 80 years, Mary's party was hosted by daughter-in-law Kathy (holding baby). Neighbors, Circle members, long time friends and relatives piled into cars and vans Saturday, April 9 to have lunch at the Peppercorn in Aplinton. Supposedly it was a very enjoyable event - probably because it was ladies only!!
