Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Deer Park was originally built in Clayton over 100 years ago, but was moved to its present location in 1949 where it was dedicated on June 18,1950 . It is located at 222 E. Crawford Ave. / Deer Park, WA 99006 Zion Cemetery in Clayton, WA is still a property of the church.

Pastor Duane Anderson is officially the new pastor Sunday, Dec.16, 2007. Ruth McCauley is Council President, choir director and organist. Kathy Roloff manages the volunteer GED and PC Zion Learning Center program. Office hours are 10am to 2pm Monday through Thursday. Volunteers tutor, and still others make quilts for distribution in the Lutheran World Ministries program. The facility serves the community offering meeting space for SCC exercise classes, and the church participates in other community events as well. We are working on redefining our mission now that the food and clothing bank has outgrown our facility after 20 years of joint ministry.
